The Stochastic Noise and Cyber Innovation Lab (SNACIL) at Virginia Tech investigates security from the ground up, from physics-based authentication to intelligent systems that detect and defend against evolving threats. Our work spans unconditional security, adversarial machine learning, large language model security, industrial control system protection, immersive simulation of security-critical environments, and blockchain-based trust architectures.
